they already stimulate your sense of taste by providing candy, popcorn and soda. and john waters invented smell-o-vision. the tingler had the vibrating seats. these things didn't last. but they sure are fun to think about.

well, that's the last comic of september. entering the third month of bear comics. i only got 8 comics done this month (halo: reach ftw) after 12 the first month. no good. trying to do them more often.

i'll try to do more talking. maybe make this an actual blog rather than a storage place for my comics. so, i'll talk about how much i love metal. specifically canadian heavy metal. 3 inches of blood has been one of my favorites for a long time. i have a lot of bear comics in the works with references to 3 inches of blood lyrics. there's a few blind guardian ones here and there, too.

this comic came about just because cam pipes' lyrics are perfect. i wanted to make a comic that just told a full story of his. but that is plagiarism. (also, his lyrics might be based a little on conan the barbarian.)

so, instead i did this one. and "snake fighter" was a perfect song to take. it was easy to make cute and silly but also satisfied my urge to make a super metal themed comic without completely alienating the people who read this comic.... because i'm pretty sure 99% of them hate metal.
